Metro Delete Your Account
Use this form to request permanent deletion of your Metro Helper account. Once verified and processed, we will delete your account and associated personal data, including your profile, addresses, photos, and booking history, except where we are legally required to retain certain records (for example, financial transaction records, which are kept for up to 6 years under UK tax law).
What happens next:
- Our support team receives your request and verifies you own the account.
- We process the deletion within 30 days and confirm by email.
- Any active bookings must be completed or cancelled before deletion.
